We are so certain that you will be completely satisfied with our quality products, that we offer a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee. Simply try our products for up to 30 days after receipt. If you are not satisfied - for any reason - whether the product is defective, seems defective, or that you change your mind and simply do not like it, you are welcome to send it back to us for either an exchange OR a complete refund. No returns for credit after 30 days will be accepted. This time limit does not offset in any way the warranty of the products. See "Warranty Policy" below for more details. Please note that opened/used software will only be processed for exchange if damaged or broken - otherwise no refunds or exchanges will be issued on opened/used software.
Warranty Policy
All products come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period from one to three years, which is stated in the production description. This warranty covers replacement of the product. Warranty is void if mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product that would normally void manufacturer's warranty has occurred. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned for RMA purposes are not granted warranty coverage. Go Office Solutions is not responsible for any damage to other parts or personal or property injury as a result of using any of our products or as a result of defective products. Return Policy
We do our best to make the returns process easy and painless. Within 30 days after receipt of products, you may choose to return the product(s) for a full refund, exchange or replacement. After 30 days of receipt, you can return the product(s) only for replacement due to defective (excluding worn-out effect) if your warranty has not expired. To start the return process, you must first fill out the following online RMA (Retrun Merchandise Authorization) request form, then we will e-mail you an RMA number and the instructions of return within 24-48 hours. The RMA number allows us to track your return much easier and faster. After receiving your RMA number, please pack the defective item(s) well and with all original packing materials and documents. Customer assumes all return shipping costs to us unless we send wrong items by our mistake or the item(s) arrives damaged, if this is the case, only then will we assume the cost of shipping a replacement along with a return shipping label back to the customer. If the item(s) purchased with "Free Ground Shipping" is returned, the amount of standard shipping cost will be deducted from the full refund of the returned merchandise. All replacement products are shipped via ground standard shipping unless rush shipment is requested for an additional fee which is based on the customers location. Please note that we do not accept any returns without an RMA number. Any merchandise received without an RMA number will either be refused and sent back at the shipper's expense, or a 35% re-stocking fee may apply and deducted from the refund.
