How do I return an item?

Your satisfaction is paramount to our success! 
Place your holiday gift orders between November 25th through December 20th 2008
and you may return or exchange your purchased item* until January 31st 2009

**Software purchases are not returnable/refundable 
 
 To return an item, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by simply completing the form provided belowAny item(s) returned without an RMA will incur a 35% re-stocking fee.  NO EXCEPTIONS!   Please allow up to 3 business days for us to provide you with an RMA number. Once we provide you an RMA number you must ship the item(s) back to our designated warehouse within 7 business days. 
 
Returned item(s) must be in new/original condition, including ALL original packaging, parts and paperwork. Item(s) returned in a new, ready-to-sell condition will receive a 100% product refund minus shipping and handling fees.
 
Any returned item(s) that are used or worn will incur a 25% re-stocking fee.
 
Defective or DOA (Damaged on Arrival) item(s) will be processed for exchange or full refund including shipping and handling costs incurred.
